Quentin is an expert in dispute settlement and avoidance. He has a great deal of experience in effective undertaking of adjudication; his negotiation and mediation skills ensure the best outcome for his clients. Quentin enjoys mentoring and training young surveyors and is most proud in seeing their careers progress. He has a First Class Honours degree in Quantity Surveying and has worked around the world from Hong Kong to Australia to Scunthorpe!
Safwan Bilal (B.Tech Civil Engineering, MSc)
Safwan is particularly skilled in contract interpretation and is a claims specialist. He has key skills in communication, conflict resolution and team management. Safwan is particularly proud in his strong relationships with friends, family and colleagues, his supporting nature of others and his academic success in his Bachelor and Master’s degrees. Safwan holds dual First Class Honours degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Project Management providing a unique blend of technical expertise and project leadership.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, Sanoja can manage multiple projects under pressure. Sanoja’s proudest achievement is her family. She is married and a proud mother of her daughter. Sanoja’s diverse experience includes QS roles in residential, piling, and government tenders within the UK and Sri Lanka. Sanoja holds a First-Class Honours Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, awarded with distinction, from BCU.
Sajid Mehraj
Sajid excels in optimising material and labour for masonry and sundries packages through detailed take-offs and subcontract procurement. His greatest skill is translating complex technical data from structural engineering into actionable projects. Sajid single-handedly managed the full lifecycle of a ₹135 Crore project from design to completion in 4 years. Complemented by a First-Class Honours Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; he is tenacious combining dedication with proactive research and development, ensuring every project achieves success.

An expert estimator and planner predominantly for energy efficiency projects; Fahad excels at maintaining clear, proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Fahad's proudest achievement is completing his MSc in Construction Management, with focus and determination, whilst working on construction projects. Wafaa’s continual development and discipline in life long learning has ensured she is able to tackle all kinds of experiences and issues.
