Quentin is an expert in dispute settlement and avoidance. He has a great deal of experience in effective undertaking of adjudication; his negotiation and mediation skills ensure the best outcome for his clients. Quentin enjoys mentoring and training young surveyors and is most proud in seeing their careers progress. He has a First Class Honours degree in Quantity Surveying and has worked around the world from Hong Kong to Australia to Scunthorpe!

Subhan specialises in cost value reconciliation reporting, tendering, and project financial management. He has a great eye for detail, natural numerical abilities, and keen problem-solving skills. A proud moment in his career was finding £1.5m of unaccounted funds for legacy projects within 3 months. Subhan has achieved success in the highly competitive UK rail sector, training and working in civil engineering and commercial management. His broad academic success includes an MSc in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham University; a Diploma in Civil Engineering; and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from RICS SBE India.

Prasad is a specialist in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting. He enjoys problem-solving, as a skilled analytical thinker, and ensuring projects stay on budget. His career highlights include improving cash flow management by 30% on a £50M rail project. He enjoys researching Agile Project Management in construction; helping to bring adaptability to his cost management. Prasad loves traveling and cricket, which has helped him to develop a strategic and broad mindset.

Shaique is the companies lead planner and estimator, as well as being a seasoned quantity surveyor. He is adaptable across industry and project types with great managerial and team-work qualities. Shaique achieved the status of employee of the year for 3 consecutive years and is particularly proud to have mentored 5 of his colleagues to strong career positions in his previous company. He not only achieved First Class Honours in his Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering, but also in his Master’s in Quantity Surveying.

Safwan is particularly skilled in contract interpretation and is a claims specialist. He has key skills in communication, conflict resolution and team management. Safwan is particularly proud in his strong relationships with friends, family and colleagues, his supporting nature of others and his academic success in his Bachelor and Master’s degrees. Safwan holds dual First Class Honours degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Project Management providing a unique blend of technical expertise and project leadership.
